The Tango Mar Newsletter

July, 1999

Dear Community Member,

Yes, it was a very rainy June! Well, maybe not quite as big as the drops in the picture suggest, but it did rain nearly everyday - quite unusual for this time of year. La nina, and the hurricanes in the Atlantic, gave us a lot of cloud cover and unusually mild temperatures. The golf course is emerald green and plant life everywhere in the countryside is coming back to life.

Since most of the rain fell in the late afternoon or night time, construction work on various homes here at Tango Mar wasn't too affected. Which brings me to the topic of this newsletter...homeowner construction. There are a number of lot owners who have made the commitment to fulfill their dream by finally building their home. Others have added improvements. Click on the links below to view how your resort is changing, including those who have recently purchased lots and homesites. Other members will be included in the next newsletter.

Hopefully, within the next month, there will be a secure area on line at the tangomar.com web site where community members can read the minutes of the meeting and board decisions. Until then, please feel free to email me and ask for any information that you would like to be sent by email.

Hoping to see you soon,

Forrest
