Bourghese Properties has recently acquired lot seven on the beach. Bourghese properties also owns the two contiguous lots, five and six, upon which the sprawling Palm Beach styled mansion currently exists. In order to have additional room for parking and an eventual guest quarter, Bourghese Properties purchased this lot about three months ago. The "rapid improvement award" goes out to Bourghese Properties for the speed at which they transformed this unkempt patch of jungle into a lush garden setting complete with transplanted mature trees, flowers, and sod grass.
Software engineer and company owner, Al Vigil, recently purchased this Mirador lot. Al is working with his architect to transform this spacious homesite into his tropical getaway.
